2016 Starnet Design Awards

The 18th Annual Starnet Design Awards took place a week ago, in Miami, being one of the major highlights of Starnet Worldwide Commercial Flooring Partnership’s annual meeting.

 

These awards recognize such values and signs of professionalism as creativity, quality, and versatility. The winners of this year encapsulated the power of innovative and bold flooring installation in commercial interior design. All the projects presented to the public had judges and competitors.

Jeanne Matson, president and CEO of Starnet, stated that he was proud and excited about the work was done by Starnet Members throughout the country. Many outstanding projects were shown allowing recognize this talent and creativity. The 2016 winners demonstrate to the entire industry that outstanding flooring design and craftsmanship can achieve amazing results in the commercial market. The awards also allow us to showcase the collaboration between our members, vendor partners and the A&D community. Team work and effort help to maintain and make stronger relationships and promote innovative strategies. 

Gold, silver and bronze prizes were awarded in six judged categories: Healthcare, Corporate, Education, Hospitality/Public Space, Environmental Achievement, and Unique Installation Challenge. Winners were selected carefully concerning the votes of respected judges.
